APK Group is op zoek naar een Tender Manager die mee instaat voor het analyseren, voorbereiden, opvolgen en opmaken van aanbestedingsdossiers binnen de Belgische infrastructuursector.Vandaag wordt onze tenderwerking gedragen door een ervaren senior tender manager. Om verdere groei mogelijk te maken en de instroom van dossiers beter op te vangen, zoeken we een bijkomende Tender Manager die naast de huidige tender manager zal werken en zelfstandig dossiers kan opnemen.In deze functie neem je een actieve rol op in het volledige tenderproces: van de eerste analyse van aanbestedingsdossiers tot de voorbereiding van offertes, interne afstemming, indiening en overdracht naar de uitvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met de senior tender manager, de tenderafdeling, calculatie, aankoop en de operationele teams. Dankzij jouw analytisch vermogen, technische affiniteit en projectmatige aanpak draag je bij aan kwalitatieve en haalbare offertes.Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat met ervaring in tendering, projectvoorbereiding binnen een technische of infrastructuurgerichte omgeving.

Opvolgen en selecteren van relevante aanbestedingen binnen de verschillende activiteiten van APK GroupGrondig analyseren van aanbestedingsdossiers, waaronder bestekken, plannen, meetstaten, contractvoorwaarden en projectvereistenInschatten van technische, commerciële en contractuele aandachtspunten en deze afstemmen met de betrokken interne stakeholdersCoördineren van de voorbereiding van offertes en aanbestedingsdocumenten, in samenwerking met calculatie, aankoop, operatie en andere betrokken afdelingenBewaken van deadlines, kwaliteit en volledigheid van de in te dienen dossiersVoorbereiden en begeleiden van interne overlegmomenten vóór indiening van de aanbestedingMee opmaken van rapporteringen over lopende aanbestedingen en bijdragen aan een gestructureerd tenderoverzichtZorgen voor een correcte overdracht van gegunde projecten naar de aankoop- en uitvoeringsteams

Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting, of je hebt gelijkwaardige kennis opgebouwd door ervaringJe hebt ervaring met tendering, calculatie, projectvoorbereiding of projectmanagement binnen een technische omgevingErvaring binnen infrastructuurwerken, grondwerken of energiegerelateerde werkzaamheden is een pluspuntJe kan aanbestedingsdossiers kritisch analyseren en vertaalt informatie naar concrete acties en aandachtspuntenJe werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgerichtJe bent ondernemend, resultaatgericht en kan prioriteiten stellenJe communiceert vlot met verschillende interne stakeholders en weet mensen tijdig te betrekkenJe spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en/of Frans en kan je uitdrukken in de andere landstaalKennis van de wetgeving rond overheidsopdrachten is een pluspunt
