The posting

Voor een gespecialiseerde aannemer actief in complexe infrastructuur- en bouwprojecten zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Tender Engineer.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van aanbestedingsdossiers, het opmaken van kostprijsberekeningen en het voorbereiden van technisch en financieel onderbouwde offertes. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om tot competitieve en haalbare voorstellen te komen.

Jouw taken

  • Beheren van aanbestedings- en offertedossiers van A tot Z.
  • Analyseren van bestekken, plannen, aanbestedingsdocumenten en technische specificaties.
  • Uitvoeren van kostprijsberekeningen en begrotingen.
  • Berekenen van directe en indirecte projectkosten.
  • Uitwerken van technische voorstellen en uitvoeringsstrategieën.
  • Opstellen van plannen van aanpak met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu.
  • Identificeren van optimalisaties en innovatieve oplossingen binnen projecten.
  • Coördineren van interne en externe stakeholders tijdens het tenderproces.
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en indienen van offertes.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om technisch haalbare en financieel aantrekkelijke voorstellen uit te werken.
  • Rapporteren aan het management over de voortgang van aanbestedingsdossiers.
  • Aansturen van projectteams of externe partners bij grotere aanbestedingen.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Burgerlijk Ingenieur of Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen de bouw- of infrastructuursector.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met complexe infrastructuur- of watergebonden projecten.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in kostprijsberekeningen en projectbegrotingen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en bent sterk in het analyseren van technische dossiers.
  • Je neemt initiatief en kan verantwoordelijkheid opnemen binnen complexe projecten.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en externe partners.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
