Als tender engineer elektromechanische technieken is jouw uitdaging om aanbestedingsdossiers te vertalen naar technisch en commercieel kwalitatieve offertes. Je combineert jouw analytisch vermogen met een sterk technisch inzicht om de perfecte balans te vinden tussen haalbaarheid, oplossing en kostprijs. Jij legt mee het fundament voor elk succesvol project!

Jouw werkplek

Jouw vaste werkplaats bevindt zich op onze hoofdzetel in Dessel.

Jouw team valt onder de divisie Elektromechanica binnen Smet GWT Europe, de expert in geothermie en elektromechanische technieken van Smet Group. Zij bouwen mechanische en elektrotechnische installaties binnen de brede watersector: (drink)waterproductie, afvalwaterzuivering, waterbouw, pompinfrastructuur, pompstations en geothermische centrales voor zowel openbare opdrachtgevers als industrie.

Wat jij gaat doen

Als tender engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en uitwerking van aanbestedingsdossiers voor elektromechanische technieken in de brede watersector, zowel op technisch, financieel en administratief vlak. Je werkt graag op kantoor in een backoffice rol, eerder dan in een prominente leidinggevende functie op locatie.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Je analyseert en doorgrondt de aanbestedingsdossiers op technisch vlak en op haalbaarheid.
  • Je bestudeert de eisen en gunningscriteria van de opdrachtgever en werkt technische optimalisaties uit.
  • Je onderhoudt hiervoor nauwe contacten met de klant/prospect of studiebureau en neemt deel aan voorafgaande plaats bezoeken en technisch overleg.
  • Je lanceert hiervoor op uw beurt prijsvragen en analyseert offertes van onderaannemers en leveranciers, zowel op technisch als op financieel vlak.
  • Je gaat op zoek en onderhoudt nauw contact met leveranciers, fabrikanten en onderaannemers en ontwikkelt een brede marktkennis in uitvoeringstechnieken en middelen.
  • Je zal vervolgens instaan voor de kostprijsberekening om tot een technisch en marktcompetitief voorstel te komen.

Wie jij bent

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in elektromechanica of een aanverwante technische richting. Of je hebt de nodige vakkennis door jarenlange ervaring in de praktijk opgebouwd.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Loopt er iets anders dan gepland? Jij raakt niet in paniek, maar ziet direct een oplossing.
  • Je combineert technisch inzicht met oog voor detail. Administratief ben je punctueel, zodat elk dossier technisch en organisatorisch klopt.
  • Techniek boeit jou. Je duikt er graag in en grijpt elke kans om je kennis verder uit te diepen.
  • Ervaring geeft je een voorsprong, maar we staan evenzeer open voor jouw talent en motivatie om het vak te leren.
