The posting

Als Tender Manager Energies voor de Benelux draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige tender en kwalificatie proces.

Je werkt intensief samen met een multidisciplinair team bestaande uit onder andere Legal, Finance, Insurance en QSHE. Jouw doel? Zorgen voor een continue en afwisselende orderportefeuille én het succesvol begeleiden van tendertrajecten binnen tijd, budget en kwaliteit.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige tenderproces van de aan jouw team toegewezen tenders, en dit vooral voor België, Nederland en Luxemburg. Daarnaast kan je ook ingezet worden op internationale projecten in Duitsland, Scandinavië en de UK.
  • Aansturen van (junior) tender engineers en samenwerken met het volledige tenderteam.
  • Creëren van een stabiele en diverse orderportefeuille in nauwe samenwerking met onze commercial manager en de verantwoordelijken voor de business unit.
  • Bewaken van tijd, budget, kwaliteit, organisatie, scope, risico’s en kansen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Analyseren van de klantvraag, pre-kwalificiatie en tendervraag, en externe diensten van Denys Group.
  • Uitwerken van creatieve variante uitvoeringsoplossingen en innovatieve technieken met het tenderteam en het toekomstig uitvoeringsteam.
  • Identificeren en benutten van kansen om uitvoeringskost, uitvoeringstermijn of kwaliteit en veiligheid te verbeteren.
  • Overleg met juridische, financiële en verzekeringsdiensten en vertaling van hun adviezen naar de offerte.
  • Opvolging van de tender en actieve deelname in het onderhandelingstraject met de klant.
  • Opvolgen van het gunningsproces na indiening, incl. communicatie met klanten.
  • Organiseren van een succesvolle overdracht naar projectleider en uitvoeringsteam.
  • Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen, planning, risicomatrices, kansenregisters en andere tenderdocumenten.
  • Opstellen van de uitvoeringsplannen en de bijhorende EMVI-documenten.
  • Rapporteren aan de Commercieel Manager Energies & Water en de Business Unit Manager Energies.
  • Onderhouden van nauw contact met onderaannemers, leveranciers en partners.

Je bent een sterk analytische en commerciële denker, met overtuigingskracht.

Je houdt het hoofd koel onder druk, communiceert vlot op alle niveaus en je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar ambitie, innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan.

Daarnaast ben je:

  • Sterk in onderhandelen en besluitvaardig.
  • Stressbestendig en deadlinegericht.
  • Commercieel scherp met gevoel voor balans tussen kosten en kwaliteit.
  • Pragmatisch, verantwoordelijk en hands-on ingesteld.

En heb je:

  • Een Master in Engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met tenderen binnen de technische of infrastructurele sector.
  • Ervaring met MS Office, Primavera en CAD-software.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels en kennis van het Frans.
