Sterke commerciële voorstellen ontstaan niet vanzelf. Voor een gevestigde organisatie binnen hospitality en B2B-dienstverlening zoeken we iemand die complexe offertetrajecten kan structureren, inhoudelijk scherpstellen en van begin tot einde kan begeleiden.

Als Tender Manager neem je verantwoordelijkheid over grotere commerciële dossiers waarbij verschillende mensen en afdelingen input leveren. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles samenkomt in één helder, professioneel en overtuigend voorstel.

Concreet:

  • Je neemt commerciële offertetrajecten van begin tot einde in handen en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en voortgang
  • Je verzamelt input van verschillende betrokken partijen en brengt die samen tot één logisch geheel
  • Je vertaalt inhoudelijke en commerciële informatie naar een helder voorstel dat aansluit bij de verwachtingen van de opdrachtgever
  • Je schrijft, herschrijft en verfijnt teksten zodat het uiteindelijke dossier inhoudelijk sterk en professioneel opgebouwd is
  • Je kijkt kritisch naar de manier waarop offertes en aanbestedingen worden aangepakt en zoekt mee naar manieren om het proces efficiënter en consistenter te maken

Must-haves

  • Je hebt ervaring met tenders, aanbestedingen, offertes of complexe commerciële B2B-dossiers
  • Je bent sterk in geschreven communicatie en kunt complexe informatie helder en overtuigend formuleren
  • Je kunt verschillende betrokken partijen coördineren en houdt overzicht wanneer meerdere deadlines tegelijk lopen
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en kunt je ook uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
  • Je combineert commercieel inzicht met een gestructureerde manier van werken

Nice-to-haves

  • De wereld van hospitality, foodservice, catering of facility services is je niet vreemd
  • Je hebt al gewerkt aan grotere commerciële dossiers waarbij verschillende afdelingen betrokken waren
  • Processen structureren en verbeteren geeft je energie
  • Schrijven en projectcoördinatie kwamen in een eerdere functie al samen
  • Je hebt al collega's begeleid of inhoudelijk ondersteund
