Je komt terecht in een organisatie die dagelijks werkt aan kwaliteitsvolle en duurzame verbindingen binnen infrastructuur en energietransitie.

Samenwerking is daarbij de rode draad. Je werkt met collega's uit engineering, projectleiding en uitvoering en staat daarnaast in contact met klanten, studiebureaus, leveranciers en onderaannemers.

Ook naast het technische werk wordt ingezet op verbinding tussen collega's, onder meer via teambuildings, sportieve activiteiten en informele momenten na de werven.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je analyseert aanbestedingsdossiers, plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten.
  • Je brengt tijdens terreinbezoeken de technische situatie en mogelijke uitdagingen in kaart.
  • Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en beoordeelt hun voorstellen.
  • Je werkt kostprijsberekeningen en offertes uit.
  • Je onderzoekt technische, operationele en financiële risico's.
  • Je denkt mee over uitvoeringsmethodes en projectplanning.
  • Je stemt de aanpak af met projectleiders, werfleiders en interne specialisten.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, studiebureaus, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je licht technische voorstellen en offertes toe.
  • Je ondersteunt bij contractbesprekingen en onderhandelingen.
  • Wordt het project gegund? Dan zorg je mee voor een volledige technische overdracht naar het uitvoeringsteam.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting (bouwkunde, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring).
  • Ervaring in calculatie, werkvoorbereiding, projectengineering of projectleiding.
  • Affiniteit met zowel techniek als cijfers.
  • Een analytische blik waarmee je complexe dossiers snel doorgrondt.
  • Een nauwkeurige maar pragmatische werkstijl.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands. Frans en Engels zijn een grote plus.
  • Ervaring met calculatiesoftware is mooi meegenomen
