In regio Gent kom je terecht bij een familiale KMO en klasse 8-aannemer met meer dan 200 medewerkers en een jaarlijkse omzet van ruim €70 miljoen. Dankzij hun unieke structuur bieden ze totaaloplossingen voor diverse bouwprojecten en werken ze zowel aan residentiële, commerciële als publiek-private projecten.

Binnen dit team krijg je als Tender Projectleider de kans om projecten van de eerste conceptfase tot de oplevering actief op te volgen, waarbij jouw coördinatie en technische expertise direct bijdragen aan het succes van elke realisatie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als projectleider ontwikkel je nieuwe vastgoedprojecten en onderzoek je kansen voor diverse bouwtrajecten
  • Je begeleidt projecten van start tot oplevering en werkt daarbij nauw samen met alle betrokken partijen
  • Verder ondersteun je de werfleiding bij onderhandelingen en het bouwklaar maken van projecten
  • Ook stuur je architecten en studiebureaus aan in het ontwerpproces en zorg je voor bijsturing waar nodig
  • Tot slot zorg je voor een correcte administratie, zodat projecten vlot verlopen en alle stakeholders goed geïnformeerd blijven
  • Je hebt een relevant hoger technisch diploma (industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde, ingenieur-architect, ...)
  • Daarnaast heb je minstens een eerste ervaring in projectontwikkeling of bouwprojecten
  • Ook heb je een uitstekende kennis van MS Office (Excel) en Autocad
