Als Tender Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak en calculatie van aanbestedingsdossiers en kandidaturen. Je analyseert de aangevraagde infrastructuurwerken in West-Vlaanderen en werkt nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen uit. Daarbij waak je erover dat alle dossiers volledig, correct en tijdig worden ingediend. Met jouw technische inzicht en nauwkeurigheid draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een efficiënt procesverloop en aan het binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten.

Jobomschrijving

Bestuderen van offerteaanvragen, aanbestedingsdossiers en bijhorende projecten.Inschatten van benodigde middelen en materialen op basis van offertes, bestekken en eventuele plaatsbezoeken.Opmaken van accurate kostprijsberekeningen.Bepalen van prijszettingen en adviseren over geschikte uitvoeringsmethodes.Verzorgen van een duidelijke overdracht van gegunde projecten naar het uitvoeringsteam.Tijdig aanleveren, beheren en digitaal opvolgen van alle vereiste documenten.Actief opvolgen van evoluties en trends binnen het vakgebied.

Goede kennis van bouwbegrippen en referentiehoeveelheden. Correct inzicht in prijszetting.Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.Sterke beheersing van MS Office.Resultaatgericht, gedreven en sterk doorzettingsvermogen.Kan goed zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken.Neemt vlot beslissingen en toont initiatief.Beschikt over de nodige technische expertise.Sterk in plannen en organiseren. Flexibel bij veranderingen en stressbestendig.
