Voor wie weet dat een sterk dossier niet alleen volledig moet zijn, maar tot in het kleinste detail moet kloppen.

Onze partner is een gevestigde Belgische organisatie in regio Aalter met een internationale klantenportefeuille en een sterke expertise binnen een gespecialiseerde B2B-omgeving. Kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en nauwkeurigheid staan er centraal.

Voor de verdere versterking van het commerciële binnendienstteam zoeken we een Tendercoördinator die complexe informatie snel doorgrondt, structuur brengt in uitgebreide dossiers en ervoor zorgt dat deadlines en vereisten nauwgezet worden opgevolgd.

Geen klassieke salesfunctie. Wel een sleutelrol voor iemand die analytisch inzicht combineert met administratieve nauwkeurigheid en graag de verbindende schakel vormt tussen sales en verschillende interne afdelingen.

Als Tendercoördinator ondersteun je de commerciële buitendienst bij de voorbereiding, coördinatie en opvolging van tenderdossiers:

  • Actief screenen van tenders en identificeren van relevante opportuniteiten
  • Analyseren van tenderdocumenten en lastenboeken en correct interpreteren van vereisten, voorwaarden en deadlines
  • Structureren en voorbereiden van tenderdossiers en verzamelen van alle noodzakelijke administratieve en inhoudelijke documentatie
  • Actief opvragen en coördineren van interne input bij sales en verschillende betrokken afdelingen
  • Schrijven en samenstellen van offertes die inhoudelijk correct, helder en conform de gevraagde vorm en vereisten zijn
  • Bewaken van volledigheid, kwaliteit en compliance en tijdig detecteren van fouten, ontbrekende informatie of mogelijke risico's
  • Strikt opvolgen van deadlines en tijdig signaleren van knelpunten aan de betrokken collega's
  • Opvolgen van dossiers na indiening, van feedback en eventuele gunning tot contractadministratie en overdracht naar de betrokken afdelingen

Voor deze functie zoeken we een nauwkeurige en analytische professional die complexe informatie snel doorgrondt, gestructureerd werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de kwaliteit van elk dossier.

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring
  • Bij voorkeur 4 à 5 jaar relevante professionele ervaring binnen tenderadministratie, projectadministratie, bid support of een andere dossiergerichte omgeving
  • Een sterk analytisch vermogen om omvangrijke en complexe informatie te doorgronden, structureren en kritisch te beoordelen
  • Een uitgesproken administratieve nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail, waarbij kwaliteit en volledigheid steeds vooropstaan
  • Sterke schriftelijke vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe informatie helder en professioneel te formuleren
  • Een gestructureerde en zelfstandige werkstijl met sterk plannings- en organisatietalent
  • Voldoende assertiviteit om intern ontbrekende informatie actief op te vragen en collega's tijdig aan te spreken
  • Een kritische en oplossingsgerichte mindset om afwijkingen, fouten en risico's tijdig te detecteren
  • Een vlotte mondelinge én schriftelijke kennis van het Duits, gecombineerd met een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • Een goede kennis van MS Office

Saleservaring is geen vereiste. Belangrijker zijn administratieve sterkte, analytisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid bij het beheren van complexe dossiers.
