In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van winnende tenderstrategieën en het begeleiden van het volledige aanbestedingsproces. Je werkt nauw samen met technische specialisten, projectmanagers en commerciële teams om onderscheidende offertes te realiseren die klanten overtuigen en projecten binnenhalen. Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar onderscheidende proposities, ontwikkelt slimme tenderstrategieën en zorgt ervoor dat complexe technische inhoud wordt omgezet in overtuigende, klantgerichte aanbiedingen. Je bevindt je op het snijvlak van sales, business development en operations en hebt directe invloed op de groei van de organisatie. Dit ga je doen - Ontwikkelen van winnende tender- en aanbestedingsstrategieën. - Coördineren van het volledige tenderproces, van Go/No-Go tot definitieve indiening. - Uitvoeren van markt-, klant- en concurrentieanalyses. - Faciliteren van Bid/No-Bid en Go/No-Go besluitvorming. - Aansturen van multidisciplinaire tenderteams. - Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar onderscheidende waardeproposities. - Schrijven, redigeren en optimaliseren van EMVI-plannen en offerte-documentatie. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en commerciële slagkracht binnen alle inschrijvingen. - Analyseren van tenderresultaten en continu verbeteren van de tenderaanpak. - Bijdragen aan innovatie, digitalisering en de toepassing van AI binnen tenderprocessen.
