Ben je resultaatgericht, heb je een commerciële drive en kun je daarenboven overtuigend schrijven? Dan is de functie "Bidmanager" een functie die op je lijf is geschreven! In deze functie werk je mee aan het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten en aan klantretentie voor Adecco Group Nederland.

Als Bidmanager bij Adecco ben je van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor alle (Europese) aanbestedingen, beantwoording van Requests for proposals (RFP’s), marktconsultaties en Requests for Information (RFI’s) waarop we binnen onze groep willen inschrijven;

Als een ware projectmanager ben jij de spin in het web en houd je alle ballen in de lucht om een zo goed mogelijke offerte in te dienen bij de klant. Dit doe je door proactief je informatie op te halen en tijdig te signaleren;

In deze functie werk je nauw samen met de collega’s van account- en salesmanagement;

Hoewel je vaak je eigen projecten draait, ben je wel een echte teamplayer. Samen met je collega's kijk je continu hoe de zaken efficiënter en effectiever aangepakt kunnen worden;

Een goed salaris afhankelijk van je meegebrachte ervaring: tussen € 3095 (junior) en € 5807 (senior) euro bruto per maand;
