Vacature Tendermanager Infra | Noord-Oost In deze rol bepaal je de tenderstrategie, stel je het juiste tenderteam samen en leid je het tenderproces van begin tot eind! 3500 - 5000 Noord-Nederland Overijssel Gelderland Drenthe Fulltime Hbo Wo Geen standaard rol, wel jouw ding Als Tendermanager binnen deze club ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de complete tender: van strategie tot aanbieding. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderdelen zoals prijs, EMVI-plan en (voorlopig) ontwerp samenkomen tot één sterke, samenhangende en overtuigende inschrijving. Je doorgrondt de klantvraag, bepaalt de koers en stuurt jouw team aan met o.a. kostprijsdeskundigen, ontwerpers, werkvoorbereiders, adviseurs duurzaamheid, omgevingsmanagers en EMVI-schrijvers. Je weet mensen te verbinden, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat ieder onderdeel van de aanbieding op elkaar aansluit. Binnen onze regio werk je aan een breed scala aan infra- en civieltechnische projecten, zoals wegen, bruggen, tunnels, bouw- en woonrijp maken en rioolwerkzaamheden. Met jouw strategisch en integraal inzicht geef je onze projecten al in de tenderfase de best mogelijke start. Hier herken jij jezelf in Je weet jouw kennis en kunde over te brengen middels jouw uitstekende communicatieve en technische vaardigheden en je neemt anderen mee in jouw project. Je bent resultaat- en kwaliteitsgericht en weet snel te schakelen - Je bent van nature coachend en in staat om de juiste energie uit het team te halen. - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding en een aantal jaren ervaring als tendermanager binnen de civiele techniek. - Je bent bekend met de verschillende contractvormen (UAV-GC, RAW, Bouwteams, etc.) Alles klopt tot in de voorwaarden Bij Sprinter staan we voor eerlijkheid en duidelijkheid: wij nemen 1-op-1 de arbeidsvoorwaarden van onze opdrachtgevers over.
