In deze rol als Tendermanager ben jij degene die richting geeft, overzicht bewaart en strategie omzet in een winnende inschrijving. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende infrastructurele projecten en krijgt volop ruimte om jouw visie, creativiteit en leiderschap in te zetten. Organisatie Je komt terecht bij een moderne en betrokken aannemer binnen de civiele techniek en infrastructuur. De organisatie is actief in meerdere disciplines, waaronder wegenbouw, onderhoud, sport en cultuurtechniek en integrale civiele projecten. Er wordt gewerkt aan maatschappelijk relevante projecten voor publieke en private opdrachtgevers. De cultuur kenmerkt zich door professionaliteit, korte lijnen, samenwerking en veel aandacht voor ontwikkeling en innovatie. Medewerkers krijgen ruimte om te ondernemen en mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van infrastructuur. Functie Als Tendermanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige tenderproces, van selectiefase tot en met de uiteindelijke inschrijving. Je stelt het tenderteam samen, verdeelt rollen en verantwoordelijkheden en zorgt voor structuur, voortgang en kwaliteit binnen het traject. Je analyseert aanbestedingsdocumenten, signaleert kansen en risico's en bepaalt samen met het team de juiste tenderstrategie, passend bij contractvormen zoals RAW met EMVI, UAV GC en bouwteams.Je ontwikkelt en onderbouwt een overtuigende EMVI strategie en werkt nauw samen met vakspecialisten om te komen tot een onderscheidende aanbieding. Projecten tot circa 25 miljoen euro pak je zelfstandig op vanuit het tenderbureau. Bij grotere of integrale projecten werk je samen met collega's uit andere vestigingen of samenwerkingspartners.
