Tendermanager Installatietechniek Apeldoorn Als Tendermanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en optimaliseren van het tenderproces voor grote en complexe contracten binnen de utiliteitsbouw en maintenance. Je brengt klantbehoeften, technische mogelijkheden en commerciële kansen samen in een onderscheidend voorstel. Je werkt nauw samen met tendermanagers, cost engineers, contractmanagers en technische specialisten. Daarbij neem je functioneel de leiding over het tenderteam en zorg je ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen op het juiste moment hun bijdrage leveren. Van de eerste analyse van de aanbesteding tot de definitieve gunning: jij houdt het overzicht en stuurt op kwaliteit, strategie en resultaat. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren en functioneel aansturen van het tenderteam, met onder andere tendermanagers en cost engineers uit verschillende regio's; - Begeleiden van het volledige aanbestedingsproces, van de eerste analyse tot en met de definitieve gunning; - Ontwikkelen van een passende tenderstrategie voor grote en complexe utiliteits- en maintenancecontracten; - Analyseren van aanbestedingsdocumenten, klantbehoeften, risico's en commerciële kansen; - Vertalen van klantvragen naar onderscheidende technische en commerciële oplossingen; - Coördineren van offertes en tenderplannen in samenwerking met technische en commerciële specialisten; - Bewaken van planning, budgetten, kwaliteit en voortgang binnen tendertrajecten; - Afstemmen van elektrotechnische, werktuigbouwkundige en bouwkundige disciplines; - Onderhouden en versterken van relaties met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere ketenpartners; - Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe kansen voor landelijke contracten; - Zorgen voor een zorgvuldige overdracht van gewonnen contracten naar de uitvoerende organisatie.
