Krijg jij energie van complexe trajecten waarin alles samen moet komen? Als Tenderspecialist bij Appèl begeleid je tenders en aanbestedingen van begin tot eind. Je kijkt goed naar wat de opdrachtgever vraagt, ziet kansen en risico's en betrekt de juiste collega's. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de planning en zorgt dat alle informatie op tijd samenkomt. Zo werk je samen aan één doel: een sterk voorstel neerzetten waarmee we de opdracht gaan winnen. Appèl blijft groeien en ontwikkelen. In deze functie help je ons bij het binnenhalen van mooie nieuwe opdrachten en krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over hoe we onze tenders steeds beter kunnen aanpakken. Wat ga je doen? Als Tenderspecialist heb je de regie over onze tender- en offertetrajecten voor zowel bedrijfs- als onderwijscatering. Vanaf het moment dat een interessante aanbesteding binnenkomt tot aan de definitieve indiening houd jij het overzicht. Je verdiept je in de klantvraag. Wat vindt de opdrachtgever belangrijk? Waar liggen kansen? En wat hebben we nodig om tot een sterk voorstel te komen? Samen met de salesmanager bepaal je de aanpak en betrek je de juiste collega's en specialisten binnen Appèl. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het begeleiden en coördineren van complexe offertes en aanbestedingen van begin tot eind, inclusief planning en deadlines - Het analyseren van de klantvraag en het signaleren van kansen, risico's en onduidelijkheden - Het opstellen van vragen voor de Nota van Inlichtingen en het samen met de salesmanager bepalen van de aanpak en strategie - Het ophalen van informatie en expertise bij collega's en het samenwerken met onze commerciële tekstschrijvers aan een sterk en passend voorstel - Het bewaken dat het voorstel aansluit bij de klantvraag, uitvoerbaar is en voldoet aan alle gestelde eisen - Het controleren of alle documenten compleet zijn en zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige indiening - Het evalueren van gewonnen en verloren tenders en het...
