Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag praktisch en buiten werkt en affiniteit heeft met zwaar materieel. Ervaring met vergelijkbare werkzaamheden is een voordeel, maar kandidaten met relevante ervaring op andere machines kunnen eveneens interessant zijn. Daarnaast: - Heb je ervaring met het bedienen van zwaar materieel of wil je dit graag leren. - Ben je bereid om intern opgeleid te worden voor verschillende machines. - Ben je flexibel inzetbaar binnen verschillende werktijden. - Ben je betrouwbaar en integer. - Heb je een praktische en actieve werkhouding. - Denk je in oplossingen wanneer zich problemen voordoen. - Durf je op een professionele manier je mening te geven. - Werk je graag samen binnen een operationeel team. wat ga je doen? Als Terminalmedewerker werk je buiten op het terrein en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en efficiënt verplaatsen van goederen. Je werkt met verschillende soorten zwaar materieel en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse laad-, los- en overslagwerkzaamheden soepel verlopen. Je wordt intern opgeleid om meerdere machines te kunnen bedienen, zodat je uiteindelijk breed inzetbaar bent binnen de operatie. Na je inwerkperiode werk je volgens een wisselend rooster met verschillende diensten. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Veilig verplaatsen van goederen en ladingen over het terrein. - Laden en lossen van verschillende vervoersmiddelen. - Bedienen van zwaar logistiek materieel. - Werken met verschillende machines binnen de terminaloperatie. - Controleren of werkzaamheden veilig en volgens de geldende procedures worden uitgevoerd. - Samenwerken met collega's om de dagelijkse planning tijdig af te ronden. - Signaleren van operationele problemen en meedenken over passende oplossingen. - Zorgvuldig omgaan met materieel, goederen en de werkomg...
