* Erstellung, Pflege und Überwachung von Projektterminplänen

* Analyse von Terminabweichungen sowie Erarbeitung von Gegenmaßnahmen

* Termincontrolling und regelmäßiges Reporting an Projektleitung und Management

* Identifikation, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Claims und Nachträgen

* Analyse von Ursachen für Termin- und Kostenabweichungen

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Nachtrags- und Mehrkostenforderungen

* Koordination von Termin- und Claim-Themen mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Projektpartnern

* Mitwirkung beim Risiko- und Chancenmanagement

* Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Vertrags- und Projektmanagementaufgaben

Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU oder vergleichbar)

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Terminmanagement oder Claim Management, idealerweise im Kraftwerks- oder Anlagenbau

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Terminplanungssoftware (z. B. Primavera P6 oder MS Project)

* Grundkenntnisse im Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement von Vorteil

* Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
