Für unser Team Data Center Vienna suchen wir eine:n Terminplaner:in (all genders) zur Unterstützung unserer Data-Center-Projekte. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Terminsteuerung anspruchsvoller Großprojekte und sorgen dafür, dass komplexe Bau- und Montageabläufe effizient geplant, überwacht und erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Aufgaben

* Aufbau, Pflege und laufende Weiterentwicklung des Gesamtterminplans für Data-Center-Projekte mit Primavera P6 oder MS Project. * Laufendes Monitoring des Projektfortschritts, inklusive Soll-/Ist-Vergleich, Meilensteinverfolgung und wöchentlicher Fortschrittsbewertung. * Identifikation kritischer Pfade, terminlicher Risiken und vertraglicher Showstopper zur frühzeitigen Eskalation und Risikominimierung. * Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Termin- und Fortschrittsreports, inklusive S-Kurven und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Projektmanagement. * Unterstützung der Projektteams bei Produktions- und Ressourcenplanung, insbesondere bei Abweichungen zwischen geplantem und tatsächlichem Fortschritt. * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Construction Management, Site Engineers, Subunternehmern und Projektleitung auf der Baustelle. * Leitung und Koordination terminrelevanter Abstimmungen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie Kommunikation mit dem Kunden. * Erste Eskalationsstelle für terminbezogene Themen auf der Baustelle sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung projektspezifischer Kundenstandards.

Qualifikationen

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Terminplanung bzw. im Terminmanagement von Großprojekten im Bau-, Industrie- oder Anlagenbauumfeld. * Erfahrung mit Baustellenprojekten sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Primavera P6 und/oder MS Project. * Erfahrung im Umgang mit OneDrive, SharePoint und modernen Cloud-Lösungen. * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint. * Erfahrung in der Terminsteuerung komplexer technischer oder industrieller Projekte. * Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise. * Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Projekt- und Baustellenumfeld selbstständig zu arbeiten. * dementsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. * Erfahrung im Data-Center-Umfeld von Vorteil. * Führerschein B und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der DACH-Region.

Gehalt Mindest-KV 3.300,16 € 4.000,00 € 5.000,00 €Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im attraktiven KV Metallgewerbe bei monatlich brutto € 3.300,16 liegt. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt innerhalb einer Bandbreite von jährlich brutto € 4.000,00 bzw. € 5.000,00 und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt. Auslandseinsätze werden mit einem attraktiven Zusatzpaket vergütet.
