Ben jij de Meewerkende Terreinverantwoordelijke die wij zoeken voor onze vestiging in Oostende? Wil je deel uitmaken van een gedreven team dat zich inzet voor duurzaamheid en de circulaire economie? Heb je ervaring met kraan- en wielladers en weet je hoe je een team kunt motiveren? Dan ben jij de kandidaat die we zoeken!

In deze veelzijdige rol combineer je operationele taken met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze afvalsite efficiënt, veilig en ordelijk functioneert. Je werkt actief mee als kraan- en wiellader machinist, terwijl je ook de dagelijkse werkzaamheden coördineert.

  • Bedien je actief de kraan en wiellader voor het laden en sorteren van afval.
  • Bewaken van orde, netheid en veiligheid op het terrein.
  • Controleren van de correcte belading van vrachtwagens en containers.
  • Accepteren en controleren van inkomende afvalstromen.
  • Toezien op de correcte sortering volgens milieuwetgeving.
  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werking van de site.
  • Aansturen en motiveren van directe collega's.
  • Signaleren en implementeren van verbeteringen in processen en terreinindeling.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine technische herstellingen en onderhoudswerken.
  • Werken in een roterend uurrooster tussen 7u en 18u, zodat de site continu optimaal functioneert.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Je hebt ervaring als kraan- of wielladermachinist.
  • Een rijbewijs C is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt al enige leidinggevende ervaring of bent klaar om die stap te zetten.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt kleine problemen zelfstandig oplossen.
  • Je werkt hands-on en hebt oog voor orde en detail.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet collega's te motiveren.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid te werken in een roterend systeem.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
