Quản lý & Phát triển Nhà phân phối/Đại lý bán sỉ - Chăm sóc và bán các sản phẩm BCS cho nhà phân phối/bán sỉ. - Thông tin, truyền đạt và giải thích các chương trình khuyến mãi của công ty đến nhà phân phối. - Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh từ khách hàng, phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo giao hàng đúng thời hạn. - Phát triển thêm nhà phân phối tiềm năng trong khu vực được phân công. - Đảm bảo độ chính xác của dự báo bán hàng. - Triển khai kế hoạch sell in. - Hỗ trợ nhà phân phối xây dựng kế hoạch đặt hàng hàng tháng và thực hiện sell out từ nhà phân phối tới nhà bán lẻ. - Mở mới các nhà phân phối tiềm năng và phát triển mối quan hệ với các nhà bán lẻ mới. - Thực thi và đánh giá hiệu quả chính sách thương mại tại Nhà phân phối & Nhà bán lẻ. - Thực hiện kế hoạch chăm sóc & tương tác khách hàng theo kế hoạch đề ra. Quản lý & Phát triển Nhà bán lẻ - Phát triển và chăm sóc hệ thống nhà bán lẻ tiềm năng / trọng điểm (Key Retailers). - Thăm viếng và hỗ trợ nhà phân phối bán hàng cho nhà bán lẻ. Quản lý & Thu hồi Công nợ - Chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi, quản lý và thu hồi công nợ của nhà phân phối trong khu vực được giao. - Trong trường hợp phát sinh vấn đề về công nợ, Sales Representative phải báo cáo cho Sales Supervisor / Regional Sales Manager. - Quản lý công nợ phải thu (AR) và việc thu hồi công nợ. - Hỗ trợ nhà phân phối xây dựng kế hoạch thanh toán. Triển khai Hoạt động Marketing - Hỗ trợ triển khai chương trình khuyến mãi & hoạt động marketing (Demo, Trial, BFM, Kích hoạt điểm bán…) cho nông dân và các hoạt động khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên. - Thực hiện các hoạt động thúc đẩy bán ra (sell out) và tạo nhu cầu (demand creation) theo kế hoạch công ty. - Phối hợp với CAC xây dựng kế hoạch Sell out & DCA. - Triển...
