Jouw taken?

  • Je informeert en adviseert onze leden tijdens raadplegingen en ondersteunt hun Terug naar Werk-trajecten.
  • Je bevraagt hun wensen en noden en verwijst gericht door.
  • Je bent de gids in het TNW-landschap: je wijst de arbeidsongeschikte leden op de mogelijkheden en helpt ze op weg.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor verschillende actoren in het Terug naar Werk-traject (leden, VDAB, collega’s, ...)
  • Je bouwt een sterk netwerk, intern en extern.
  • Je zorgt voor de administratieve dossieropvolging.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in de ergotherapie, verpleegkunde, sociale verpleegkunde of je hebt een ander bachelorsdiploma en ervaring in de socioprofessionele re-integratiebegeleiding.
  • Je houdt van sociaal contact en bent sterk in het voeren van motiverende gesprekken.
  • Je houdt van administratief werk en hebt belangstelling voor de reglementering en wetgeving en bent in staat deze toe te passen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de sociale kaart.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs en een eigen wagen om je te verplaatsen naar de raadplegingen.
  • Je bent bereid de opleiding Disability Management te volgen en na het behalen van het diploma deel te nemen aan bijscholingen.
