Neem jij eigenaarschap over kwaliteit en weet jij hoe je testautomatisering en teststrategie naar een hoger niveau tilt binnen complexe IT-landschappen? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! Als Test Automation Engineer ben je onderdeel van de afdeling Digital. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inrichting, doorontwikkeling en borging van onze testaanpak. Je werkt samen met meerdere delivery teams en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit structureel verankerd is in onze manier van werken. Waar externe leveranciers en onze software engineers verantwoordelijk zijn voor de unit en integratie testen, ben jij als Test Automation Engineer verantwoordelijk voor de teststrategie en zorg je dat de gehele keten wordt meegenomen. Je zet een complex landschap, waarin pragmatisme en handmatige validatie een belangrijke rol spelen, om naar een hoger niveau van testautomatisering. Je bent in staat om de juiste balans te vinden tussen snelheid en kwaliteit. Tegelijkertijd ben je hands-on betrokken bij het opstellen van testcases en het uitwerken van geautomatiseerde tests. Daarnaast begeleid je collega's met het toepassen van testautomatisering en draag je bij aan kwaliteitsinzicht voor stakeholders. Om dit te bereiken: - Neem je ownership over de teststrategie en bewaak je de toepassing hiervan binnen delivery teams; - Ontwerp en implementeer je schaalbare en onderhoudbare test automation frameworks; - Zorg je voor stabiele en betrouwbare geautomatiseerde tests die de gehele keten raken; - Verhoog je de kwaliteit door structurele verbeteringen in testprocessen en tooling; - Neem je verantwoordelijkheid over testomgevingen, afhankelijkheden en testdata; - Rapporteer je kwaliteitsstatus en risico's aan stakeholders; - Ben je een enthousiaste en gedreven professional die ...
