Vous rejoindrez une équipe conviviale, expérimentée et accessible, où la proximité avec les développeurs, les utilisateurs métiers et la direction permet de prendre rapidement des décisions et d'avoir un impact concret.

En tant que Test Automation Engineer, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la qualité et l'évolution du produit.

Votre objectif sera de garantir la qualité des développements tout en contribuant à l'amélioration continue des processus de tests.

Responsabilités

  • Développer, maintenir et optimiser les scénarios de tests automatisés.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les développeurs afin d'intégrer les tests dans le cycle de développement.
  • Participer aux analyses fonctionnelles avec les équipes métier.
  • Identifier, documenter et suivre les anomalies.
  • Participer aux tests fonctionnels, de régression et d'intégration.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des outils, méthodologies et processus qualité.
  • Assurer le suivi des mises en production.
  • Participer activement aux réflexions autour de l'évolution du produit.

Notre client cherche une personne curieuse, pragmatique et autonome, qui apprécie autant les échanges avec le business que les discussions techniques avec les développeurs.

Profil

  • 3 à 5 années d'expérience en testing logiciel et automatisation.
  • Expérience dans la mise en place et la maintenance de tests automatisés.
  • Bonne compréhension du cycle de développement logiciel.
  • Capacité à dialoguer aussi bien avec les équipes métier qu'avec les développeurs.
  • Esprit analytique et sens du détail.
  • Approche proactive et orientée solution.
  • Aisance dans un environnement PME où la polyvalence est valorisée.
