Bij een IT-dienstverlener in Vianen werk je als Test Automation Engineer aan het verbeteren en automatiseren van softwaretests. Je analyseert complexe IT-omgevingen en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar testoplossingen die softwarekwaliteit inzichtelijk maken en handmatig testwerk verminderen. Je werkt voor uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers, van banken en verzekeraars tot overheidsinstellingen en logistieke organisaties. Daarbij draait je werk om betrouwbare testautomatisering: van passende tooling kiezen en configureren tot onderhoudbare tests programmeren. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je met ontwikkelaars, testers en de klant af welke risico’s en gebruikersscenario’s aandacht verdienen. Je werkt volgens Scrum-, Agile- en DevOps-principes en zoekt naar manieren om tests efficiënt onderdeel te maken van het ontwikkelproces. Tools zoals Tosca, Robot Framework en Selenium vormen daarbij je gereedschap. Via cursussen, technische bijeenkomsten en hackathons kun je je programmeerkennis verdiepen, ervaringen uitwisselen en nieuwe testtechnieken toepassen. Functie-inhoud - Analyseer testprocessen en bepaal waar automatisering de meeste waarde toevoegt - Ontwikkel en onderhoud geautomatiseerde tests voor applicaties en IT-oplossingen - Configureer testtools en frameworks passend bij de klantomgeving - Verbind geautomatiseerde tests met het ontwikkel- en opleverproces - Onderzoek testresultaten en bespreek afwijkingen met ontwikkelaars en testers - Vertaal technische bevindingen naar heldere adviezen voor de klant Functie-eisen - Afgeronde relevante opleiding op hbo- of wo-niveau - Ervaring met testtools zoals Tosca, Robot Framework, Selenium of Cucumber/SpecFlow - Programmeervaardigheid in talen zoals Java, JavaScript, Python, C# of Groovy - Bekend met Scrum, Agile en DevOps binnen softwareontwikkeling - Analytisch vermogen om complexe IT-omgevingen en testvraagstukken te doorgronden - Communicatieve vaardigheden om technische keuzes duidelijk toe te lichten Aanbod - Bruto maands.
