Test Development Engineer Als Test Development Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en realiseren van volledig geautomatiseerde testopstellingen voor producten die binnen onze productielijnen worden vervaardigd. Deze testopstellingen spelen een belangrijke rol bij product kwalificatie en geautomatiseerd testen. De functie vraagt om een multidisciplinaire aanpak waarbij elektrotechniek en softwareontwikkeling samenkomen. Je werkt vanuit een systeemperspectief en voelt je zowel thuis in hardware als software. Werkzaamheden Zelfstandig of samen met collega's volledig geautomatiseerde testopstellingen ontwerpen en ontwikkelen voor producten die in onze productieomgeving worden gemaakt. Software ontwikkelen voor het aansturen en automatiseren van testopstellingen, met aandacht voor betrouwbaarheid, efficiëntie, nauwkeurigheid en diagnosemogelijkheden. Hardware ontwerpen en implementeren, waaronder printplaten, sensoren, actuatoren en interfaces die geautomatiseerd testen ondersteunen. Samenwerken met de ontwerpafdeling en al vroeg in het ontwikkelproces bijdragen aan een optimale Design for Test-aanpak. Testopstellingen verder optimaliseren op het gebied van efficiëntie, schaalbaarheid en kosteneffectiviteit, waarbij onder andere doorlooptijd, capaciteit en inzet van middelen worden meegenomen. Technische ondersteuning bieden aan productieteams en storingen of problemen met testopstellingen en testapparatuur analyseren en oplossen. afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding in Elektrotechniek. Aantoonbare ervaring met systeemontwerp en systeemontwikkeling, waarbij hardware- en software-integratie centraal staat. Ervaring met programmeertalen en ontwikkeltools zoals Altium, C/C++ en Python. Goede kennis van elektrotechnische principes, waaronder analoge en digitale schakelingen, PCB-ontwerp en signaalverwerking. Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden en de capaciteit om effectief samen te werken binnen multidisciplinaire teams.
