Profiel: min 3 jaar ervaring als test engineer

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van functionele en niet-functionele tests binnen uiteenlopende IT‑projecten.
  • Samenwerken met business-analisten, projectleiders en ontwikkelteams om requirements te analyseren en testscenario’s af te leiden.
  • Actief toepassen van agile principes: iteratief werken, refinement, samenwerking in multidisciplinaire teams en flexibiliteit bij wijzigende noden.
  • Opstellen, onderhouden en uitvoeren van testcases, testscenario’s en generieke Gherkin-scripts.
  • Praktisch gebruik van testontwerptechnieken en dekkingsvormen.
  • Documenteren van testresultaten, bewaken van defectopvolging en kwaliteitsstatus.
  • Gebruik en beheer van testdata.
  • Uitleg en demonstraties geven rond tools zoals SoapUI, Postman en Swagger, ook aan niet-technische stakeholders.
  • Ondersteuning en coaching bieden aan collega-testers en stakeholders.
  • Meedenken over continue verbetering van het testproces en voorstellen formuleren voor een “ideaal testproces”.

Technische vereisten

  • Ervaring met testbeheerframeworks en ‑methoden: agile testing, gestructureerd testen, ISTQB, STBox, TMap.
  • In staat om agile principes correct toe te passen: iteratieve cycli, teamwork, flexibiliteit.
  • Bekend met applicatiearchitectuur-basisprincipes; kennis van Java en containerisatie is een plus.
  • Ervaring met Jira, Confluence en Xray.
  • Sterke expertise in het volledige testproces, zowel in huidige toepassing als in het definiëren van een ideaal proces.
  • Ervaring in het analyseren en documenteren van functionele en niet-functionele requirements.
  • Praktische ervaring met testontwerptechnieken en testdekking.
  • Ervaring met het schrijven van testcases en Gherkin-scripts.
  • Vlot gebruik en beheer van testdata.
  • Ervaring met SoapUI, Postman en Swagger, inclusief het geven van uitleg aan niet-technische gebruikers.
  • Kennis van een scriptingtaal en/of SQL.
