We zijn op zoek naar een Test Engineer Elektromechanica die zich technisch wil ontplooien binnen de innovatieve wereld van hightech machinebouw. Je komt terecht bij een modern bedrijf gespecialiseerd in ontwerp, automatisatie en software, constructie, montage en service van geautomatiseerde machines. Omwille van de interne doorgroei van een test engineer is de zoektocht gestart naar een nieuwe collega. Je maakt deel uit van een divers team aan ingenieurs en testers die je eveneens zullen ondersteunen in je job. Zowel pas afgestudeerden als ervaren kandidaten komen in aanmerking voor deze job. De job wordt aangeboden onder meteen vast contract onbepaalde duur.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als Test en Startup Engineer sta je in voor de oplevering van functioneel geautomatiseerde productiemachines.
  • Wanneer een nieuwe machine is opgebouwd door de collega's montage ga jij ze tot leven brengen.
  • Je kalibreert en test de functies van de machine zoals beschreven in de projectvereisten, op maat van de klant.
  • Waar storingen voorkomen zorg je voor gepaste oplossingen.
  • Je leert de machines afregelen op basis van de op maat ontworpen software en PLC-sturingen.
  • Je test nieuwe software of software in ontwikkelingsfase.
  • Al doende stel je testprocedures op voor het divers aanbod van machines en past die bij waar nodig.
  • Waar defecten zich voordoen wordt gekeken naar oplossingen samen met je collega's engineering.
  • Op termijn fungeer je als expert van de machines en geef je interne opleidingen en demonstraties aan nieuwe collega's.
  • Je hebt een Bachelor of Masterdiploma binnen Automatisering, Elektromechanica of Elektrotechniek, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Pas afgestudeerden met de juiste motivatie en attitude komen ook in aanmerking.
  • Je combineert sterke hands-on vaardigheden met een goed technisch analytisch denkvermogen.
  • Je kan goed planlezen, zowel mechanisch als elektrisch.
  • Kennis van PLC-sturingen en automatisatie is mooi meegenomen maar kan aangeleerd worden.
  • Je bent technisch leergierig en wil continu evolueren in je job.
  • Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en bent in staat om je werk goed te organiseren.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig in teamverband en beschikt daarom over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt oog voor details en afwerking, en levert graag kwalitatief werk af.
