The posting

  • Je gaat projectmatig werken en nadat je collega’s de machine opgebouwd en bekabeld hebben ga jij nazien als alles correct is aangesloten en gemonteerd.
  • Je zal nadien de machine aankoppelen aan de elektrische kast, PLC programma opladen, frequentiesturingen en elektronica instellen, etc.
  • Je gaat een proefrun van de machine opstarten, storingen of moeilijkheden noteren en waar mogelijk parameters bijregelen.
  • Bij complexe moeilijkheden ga je in overleg met engineering om tot oplossingen te komen.
  • Je zal klanten in de werkplaats ontvangen om de goede werking van de machine te tonen en uitleg te geven.
  • Je staat ervoor open om sporadisch mee op verplaatsing te gaan om nieuwe machines te installeren.
  • Je bent als toekomstig test technieker in het bezit van een secundair of bachelor diploma optie elektromechanica, automatisatie, etc. en je kan circa 5 jaar werkervaring voorleggen binnen machinebouw of als industrieel technieker.
  • Je hebt een brede kennis industriële elektriciteit, pneumatica, PLC sturingen en werkt zowel graag hands-on als theoretisch.
  • Je kan kleine aanpassingen maken in PLC- en programmeercodes, ervaring met siemens of beckhoff vormt een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig maar lost ook graag samen in team zaken op.
  • Je bent communicatief in het Nederlands en Engels en kan om met verantwoordelijkheid en flexibiliteit.
