Het besturingspaneel is opgebouwd en bedraad. Maar is alles goed aangesloten? En doet het paneel ook daadwerkelijk wat het moet doen? Dat is aan jou om te testen. Voor een technisch specialist in Hengelo zoeken wij een Test Engineer Paneelbouw. Je zet besturingspanelen onder spanning, voert metingen uit en controleert aan de hand van E-schema's of alles technisch klopt. Werkt iets niet zoals verwacht? Dan zoek jij uit waar de afwijking zit. Juist dat technische uitzoekwerk maakt deze functie interessant. Ervaring als tester is mooi meegenomen, maar geen harde eis. Ook als ervaren paneelbouwer of elektromonteur met een goede elektrotechnische basis kan dit een mooie volgende stap zijn. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt op de testafdeling en test zowel maatwerk als seriematige besturingspanelen voor klanten binnen de machinebouw en industrie. Je houdt je bezig met: - Visueel en elektrisch testen van besturingspanelen en schakelkasten; - Panelen onder spanning zetten en elektrotechnische metingen uitvoeren; - Bedrading controleren aan de hand van E-schema's en technische tekeningen; - Storingen en afwijkingen opsporen en analyseren; - Testresultaten vastleggen in rapportages; - Overleggen met monteurs en engineers bij technische vraagstukken; - Meedenken over technische oplossingen en verbeteringen. Je werkt volgens geldende kwaliteitseisen en richtlijnen, waaronder IEC en UL/CSA. Ervaring hiermee is een pré, maar geen vereiste. - Een salaris tussen de €3.400 en €4.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ATV-dagen; - Flexibele werktijden, starten tussen 07.00 en 09.00 uur; - Een zelfstandige technische functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid; - Werken aan zowel maatwerk als seriematige besturingspanelen; - Mogelijkheden om jezelf ve...
