Als testmanager draag je die overtuiging uit bij klanten. Intern heerst een echte "werk hard, maar vier het ook"-cultuur. De organisatie is plat, zonder stafafdelingen of dichte deuren, en voelt voor veel medewerkers als een familie. Successen worden groots gevierd. Denk aan een jaarlijks weekend weg met alle collega's, een familieweekend waarvoor ook partners en kinderen worden uitgenodigd, feestelijke decemberdagen, een nieuwjaarsfeest en sportieve acties voor het goede doel. Over de functie Als testmanager begeleid je de implementatie van applicaties en systemen die voor klanten van groot belang zijn. Je overziet complexe ketens, brengt risico's in kaart en neemt obstakels weg. Je bewaakt niet alleen of het product goed gebouwd wordt, maar ook of het juiste product gebouwd wordt. Je kiest per opdracht de teststrategie die het beste past, op basis van je ervaring en de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in het vak. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen niveaus. Met het management bespreek je de strategie en de risico's, op tactisch niveau maak je plannen concreet, en in de teams zorg je dat het ook echt gebeurt. Daarbij coach je agile teams en help je organisaties verder in hun agile manier van werken. Ook intern heb je een belangrijke rol. Je helpt collega's de volgende stap in hun carrière te zetten. Heb je zin om verder te kijken dan je opdracht? Dan kun je meedoen aan interne communities en experimenten. Daar scherp je samen de visie op testen en agile aan, signaleer je trends en werk je mee aan nieuwe diensten. ...
