Wir sind ein international tätiges Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Wien und Niederlassungen in Deutschland und Tschechien, das sich seit mehr als 35 Jahren erfolgreich auf Beratung und Integration im Bereich Softwarelösungen für die Finanzindustrie konzentriert. Unsere Produkte werden in vielen Banken und großen Unternehmen eingesetzt und decken über Portfolio- und Risikomanagement und den Einsatz im Treasury und Risiko-Controlling hinaus ein weites Spektrum an Einsatzgebieten, wie Performancemessung, Order-Management, Limit-Kalkulation, Liquiditäts-Management, Cash-Management, Basel II und III, ALM, EMIR u.v.m. ab.

Um die Expansion in diesem Umfeld weiter voranzutreiben, suchen wir ab sofort eine(n): 1 Test Manager_in Teilzeit ab 30 h, sowie Vollzeit mit 38,5 h

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du koordinierst, definierst und pflegst verbindliche Teststandards für Testtiefe, Testabdeckung und Dokumentation

* Du strukturierst und steuerst unser Testmanagement in Azure DevOps, inklusive Test Suites, Test Cases und Naming Conventions

* Du koordinierst Continuous Testing und Release Testing über unsere Scrum-Teams hinweg

* Du sorgst für Transparenz über Testfortschritt, Risiken, offene Themen und Release Readiness

* Du sorgst dafür, dass TesterInnen früh in Requirements Engineering und Akzeptanztests involviert werden

* Du koordinierst End-to-End-Tests entlang realer Kundenprozesse und fachlicher Prioritäten

* Du sicherst die Qualität von Bug-Tickets Richtung Entwicklung

* Du treibst Test Automation mit Selenium und C# strategisch und standardisiert weiter

Du bringst idealerweise mit:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Software Testing oder Test Management in agilen Teams

* Fundiertes Testing-Know-how, insbesondere Testdesign, Testdokumentation und Release Testing

* Erfahrung mit Testmanagement Tools, idealerweise Azure DevOps

* Erfahrung mit Test Automation, idealerweise Selenium und C#

* Analytische, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

* Verlässlichkeit, Genauigkeit und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Gute Englisch Kenntnisse

Für diese Position bieten wir Dir abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ein Gehalt von EUR 46.000,00 bis EUR 63.000,00 brutto/Jahr (38,5 Wochenstunden) zzgl. Prämie. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
