Door de combinatie van productontwikkeling, klantimplementaties, migraties en toenemende kwaliteits- en compliance-eisen zoeken wij een ervaren Test & Quality Lead. Dit is nadrukkelijk geen uitvoerende testrol. Wij zoeken een professional die de regie voert over kwaliteit, teststrategie en testuitvoering binnen een dynamische omgeving waarin meerdere interne en klantgerichte trajecten parallel lopen. Als Test & Quality Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van onze software-oplossingen en de testaanpak binnen Lumera Nederland. Je opereert op het snijvlak van: Je zorgt ervoor dat teams effectief samenwerken, risico's tijdig worden onderkend en stakeholders beschikken over de juiste informatie om goed onderbouwde beslissingen te neme Wat je gaat doen - Verantwoordelijk voor de test- en kwaliteitsstrategie binnen Lumera Nederland. - Coördineren van meerdere parallelle testtrajecten. - Prioriteren van werkzaamheden en capaciteit. - Sturen op risico's, afhankelijkheden en kwaliteit.
