Functie

Voor onze klant, actief in de automotive sector en gelegen te Sint-Truiden, zijn we op zoek naar een test rig technician in dagploeg:

  • Je bouwt proefopstellingen in samenwerking met de testaanvrager of door middel van een werkinstructie
  • Je installeert proefopstellingen op een testbank, stelt ze op in het bedrijf en onderhoudt de proefopstellingen.
  • Je bedient testbanken voor transmissies, hybride en volledig elektrische powertrains of componenten hiervan
  • Je voert specifieke ontwikkelingstesten uit in samenwerking met een test engineer
  • Je bouwt en kalibreert specifieke meetsystemen
  • Je analyseert en rapporteert testresultaten tot op een bepaald niveau
  • Je voert onderhoud en reparaties uit aan testbanken, gereedschappen en instrumenten
  • Op termijn word je ingeschakeld in het wacht- oproepsysteem

Profiel

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma elektromechanica of hebt relevante ervaring
  • Je hebt goede kennis van elektromechanica, specifieke kennis en vaardigheden in elektriciteit, mechanica en interesse in autotechniek
  • Je hebt goede kennis van verbrandingsmotoren en hebt ervaring in storinganalyse van verbrandingsmotoren
  • Je hebt basiskennis van metaalbewerking en machinebouw
  • Je hebt kennis van lagers, koppelingen assen en transmissies
  • Je hebt een goede PC-kennis Excel, Outlook
  • Je spreekt , leest en schrijft goed Nederlands en hebt ook kennis Engels

  • Bij opstart zijn de werkuren van 7u30 tot 16u, later kan er overgeschakeld worden naar een flexibele regeling -> opstarten tussen 7u en 9u
