Als testcoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en uitvoeren van testwerkzaamheden rondom het onderhoud van eOCs en andere C2000 componenten. Je werkt binnen een team van test- en kwaliteitsmedewerkers en zorgt voor de coördinatie van het testen van wijzigingen binnen C2000. Je begeleidt een junior tester bij het opzetten van testautomatisering en bent zelf actief betrokken bij het testen. Je stemt af met de testmanager en projectmanager, stelt testplannen op, onderhoudt contact met stakeholders en rapporteert over de voortgang en resultaten. Je werkt hybride, met testdagen op kantoor in Driebergen of Zeist, meestal 3 tot 4 dagen per week. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Flexibel en in staat om snel te schakelen bij veranderende omstandigheden. - Besluitvaardig en in staat om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen. - Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels. - Kennis van het ontwerpen en uitvoeren van technische testen van complexe systemen. - Ervaring met radiocommunicatiesystemen zoals C2000, bij voorkeur met eOCs. - Integriteit en het werken volgens maatschappelijke waarden en normen. - Aantoonbare ervaring met gestructureerd testen en testanalyse. - Goede samenwerkingsvaardigheden en gericht op het behalen van teamresultaten. - Ervaring met het testen van radiocommunicatie. - Initiatiefrijk en in staat om kansen te signaleren en te benutten. - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een ICT-gerelateerd vakgebied. - In het bezit van TMAP en/of ISTQB certificering. - Ruime ervaring als testcoördinator.
