MY JOB

Gute Softwaretests brauchen die richtigen Daten: fachlich passend, konsistent und rechtzeitig verfügbar. Gleichzeitig müssen sensible Informationen geschützt bleiben. Als Testdatenmanager:in baust du unser zentrales Testdatenmanagement mit auf und entwickelst es weiter. Du verbindest fachliche Anforderungen mit technischen Lösungen und sorgst gemeinsam mit unseren Entwicklungs- und Testteams für geeignete, anonymisierte Testdaten. Dabei arbeitest du sowohl an übergreifenden Konzepten als auch an deren praktischer Umsetzung

IN DETAIL

* Du definierst Prozesse, Standards und Verantwortlichkeiten für den gesamten Testdaten-Lebenszyklus.

* Du stimmst Datenbedarfe ab und koordinierst die Bereitstellung für verschiedene Anwendungen und Umgebungen.

* Du analysierst und prüfst Datenbestände, stellst deren Konsistenz sicher und unterstützt bei datenbedingten Testproblemen.

* Du entwickelst Anonymisierungsverfahren und stimmst diese mit Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit ab.

* Du etablierst KPIs, die Transparenz schaffen und echte Steuerung ermöglichen

* Du standardisierst und automatisierst die Testdatenaufbereitung und -bereitstellung.

* Du dokumentierst Bestände, Verfahren und Qualitätsregeln und berätst Teams bei der Testdatennutzung.

MY CHALLENGE

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung

* Erfahrung im Testdatenmanagement, Datenmanagement oder Softwaretest mit Schwerpunkt auf Datenaufbereitung und Datenqualität.

* Gute SQL-Kenntnisse sowie Verständnis für relationale Datenbanken, Datenmodelle und anwendungsübergreifende Datenabhängigkeiten.

* Kenntnisse im sicheren Umgang mit sensiblen Daten, praktische Erfahrung mit Anonymisierung oder Datenmaskierung ist von Vorteil.

* Erfahrung mit Skripting, Automatisierung oder Testdatenmanagement-Werkzeugen

* Kenntnisse im Mainframe- beziehungsweise Db2-Umfeld sind ein zusätzliches Plus.

* Deutsch- (min. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse

Wir bieten ein sehr interessantes und entwicklungsfähiges Aufgabengebiet. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt monatlich EUR 3.267,00 brutto. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung hängt von Deiner Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung ab.
