Ben jij een gedreven Test Engineer R&D die innovatieve producten wil testen én graag de wereld rondreist om hun prestaties internationaal te valideren?

Functie omschrijving

  • Testen en valideren van nieuwe producten binnen R&D-projecten om prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en kwaliteit te garanderen.
  • Uitvoeren van tests volgens specifieke procedures, standaarden en klantvereisten.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams (ontwerp, engineering, productontwikkeling) om testplannen op te stellen en technische vraagstukken op te lossen.
  • Analyse van testresultaten en opstellen van gedetailleerde rapporten met bevindingen en aanbevelingen voor verbetering.
  • Frequent reizen naar internationale locaties om ter plaatse tests uit te voeren, klanten te ondersteunen en productprestaties in verschillende omgevingen te evalueren.
  • Opzetten van testomgevingen in lijn met de laatste technologieën en standaarden, inclusief het configureren van testapparatuur.
  • Continu volgen van technologische trends en innovaties binnen testengineering en R&D om bij te dragen aan productverbeteringen.
  • Zorgdragen voor compliance en documentatie van testresultaten en testen conform de regelgeving en kwaliteitsstandaarden van het bedrijf.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting (bv. elektromechanica, werktuigkunde, industrieel ingenieur of gelijkaardig).
  • Minimaal 2 à 3 jaar relevante ervaring in testengineering of productontwikkeling.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen en uitvoeren van testplannen en het interpreteren van testresultaten.
  • Hands-on ingesteld, met oog voor detail en een gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Bereidheid om frequent naar het buitenland te reizen (gemiddeld 30–50% van de werktijd).
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels; kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met meet- en testapparatuur is een troef.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en de capaciteit om zelfstandig te werken binnen een multidisciplinair team.
