Elektronische schema's lezen, meten en uitzoeken waarom iets niet werkt zoals het hoort? Als Tester Foutzoeker controleer je elektronische eindproducten, spoor je fouten op en ga je vooral op zoek naar de oorzaak. Je werkt met analoge, digitale en hoogfrequente elektronica en draagt rechtstreeks bij aan de kwaliteit van het eindproduct.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt binnen een testteam met testassistenten en testingenieurs. Je krijgt elektronische eindproducten voor je en onderzoekt of ze technisch aan de verwachtingen voldoen.

• Je test analoge, digitale en hoogfrequente elektronische producten

• Je leest en analyseert elektronische schema's

• Je spoort elektrische en elektronische fouten op

• Je onderzoekt waar een afwijking precies ontstaat en wat de oorzaak is

• Je regelt elektronische componenten correct af

• Je beoordeelt de kwaliteit van het eindproduct

• Je stelt zelfstandig testrapporten op

• Je registreert je technische bevindingen nauwkeurig

• Je vertaalt vastgestelde problemen naar concrete voorstellen voor correctie

• Je overlegt met testassistenten en testingenieurs wanneer verdere analyse nodig is

Hier gaat testen dus verder dan vaststellen dat iets niet werkt. Je duikt in het schema, zoekt gericht naar de fout en probeert te begrijpen waarom die ontstaat.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt een technische opleiding elektronica of gelijkwaardige kennis door ervaring

• Je kunt elektronische schema's lezen, analyseren en functioneel begrijpen

• Je hebt een goede basiskennis van elektronica

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt langdurig geconcentreerd blijven

• Je zoekt graag verder tot je de oorzaak van een technisch probleem begrijpt

• Je hebt veel aandacht voor kwaliteit

• Je wilt je technische kennis verder ontwikkelen

• Kennis van hoogfrequente technologie is een plus
