Krijg jij energie van elektronica, testen en het oplossen van technische storingen? Als Tester High-Tech zorg je dat complexe systemen goed werken voordat ze naar de klant gaan. Je analyseert afwijkingen, spoort storingen op en bewaakt de kwaliteit. Een technische functie waarin jouw kennis écht telt. Wat ga je doen? Je test geassembleerde hightech systemen voor onze opdrachtgever. Voordat je begint, controleer je de productdocumentatie en testvoorschriften. Daarna bouw je de testopstelling op en voer je verschillende elektrische en functionele tests uit. Geeft een test een storing aan? Dan onderzoek je waar het probleem zit. Met elektronische schema’s, mechanische tekeningen en werkinstructies spoor je de oorzaak op. Je vervangt defecte onderdelen en koppelt bevindingen terug aan productie. Jouw werkzaamheden - Voorbereiden en opbouwen van testopstellingen; - Testen en programmeren van geassembleerde hightech systemen; - Werken met verschillende testprogramma’s en testsystemen; - Analyseren en oplossen van elektronische en technische storingen; - Lezen van elektronische schema’s, mechanische tekeningen en werkinstructies; - Registreren en vervangen van defecte onderdelen; - Onderzoeken van klantklachten op productniveau; - Invullen van testrapportages, checklists en verbeterformulieren; - Overleggen met test engineers, quality engineers en je leidinggevende; - Uitvoeren van een laatste visuele kwaliteitscontrole voor verzending. Wat heb jij in huis? - Een mbo-opleiding of hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of een vergelijkbare technische richting; - Goede kennis van elektronica en interesse in hightech systemen; - Je kunt elektronische schema’s en technische tekeningen lezen; - Een analytische aanpak en sterk probleemoplossend vermogen; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt veel aandacht voor kwaliteit; - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Engels; - Je communiceert makkelijk met collega’s uit verschillende technische vakgebieden; - Je bent.
