As an official Amazon GTO testing and inspection partner, we believe GTO represents a major step toward the industry vision of 'One Test, Multi-Market Acceptance, Global Market Access.'' By reducing duplication and improving standardization, GTO is helping reshape the compliance landscape for brands expanding globally. From fragmented testing to unified compliance Traditionally, sellers needed to conduct separate testing for different markets, resulting in duplicated efforts, inconsistent requirements and increased compliance costs. GTO introduces a new approach. Amazon consolidates regulatory requirements across participating marketplaces and establishes a unified testing framework. We then conduct testing against this framework and issue standardized reports that support compliance across multiple markets. This enables: - Reduced duplicate testing - Improved consistency and traceability of test data - Faster time-to-market - Simplified compliance management Lower costs without lowering standards GTO does not reduce testing rigor or compliance requirements. Cost savings are achieved through: - Economies of scale driven by Amazon's consolidated testing demand - Streamlined compliance processes - Elimination of redundant testing activities Through this model, sellers can reduce compliance-related costs and improve operational efficiency while ensuring product safety and trusted product conformity.
