Als Testmanager OT bepaal jij hoe we integraal en multidisciplinair aantonen dat systemen in tunnels, bruggen, sluizen maar ook energieinstallaties doen wat ze moeten doen. Je stelt o.a. teststrategieën en master testplannen op, organiseert de testplanning en bent daarmee onderdeel van de systeemintegratie. Als kers op de taart coördineer de testuitvoering tot en met oplevering. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders, creëer je overzicht, structuur en levert kwaliteit op binnen de teams. Tot slot draag je intern bij aan het verder ontwikkelen en professionaliseren van V&V en procesmatig werken. Dit vind je leuk om te doen - Opstellen en implementeren van teststrategieën en master testplannen voor diverse testsoorten - Opzetten van de testplanning richting uitvoering en systeemintegratie: hoe testen we systemen straks buiten één voor één, zodat we eindigen met een volledig werkend geheel - Het laten opstellen en begeleiden van testspecificaties, testbeschrijvingen en testcases - Managen en coördineren van alle testactiviteiten gedurende het hele testproces en het bewaken van de kwaliteit hiervan vanaf eerste aanpak tot oplevering - Meelopen in de ontwerpfase en reviewen van ontwerpdocumenten om te toetsen of wat ontworpen wordt ook testbaar en aantoonbaar is - Stakeholdermanagement en afstemming met opdrachtgever, projectmanagement, verschillende disciplines en V&V-collega's - Buiten meedraaien bij de daadwerkelijke uitvoering van testen en keuringen van technische installaties - Meedenken binnen de ICT-unit over het opzetten en verder professionaliseren van V&V en procesmatig werken Hier herken je jezelf in - Ervari...
