Onze klant is een gevestigde machinebouwer met internationale afzetmarkt. Het bedrijf boekt jaar na jaar groei en kan hierdoor verder blijven investeren in nieuw talent. Vandaag gaat het familiebedrijf op zoek naar een finetuner- technisch afsteller - test technieker.

Job

Als testtechnieker word je ingezet op boeiende projecten binnen de bouw van productiemachines. Je taak bestaat uit het correct afstellen van totaalprojecten en dit op maat van de vereisten van de klant.

  • Je controleert of de machine en de diverse onderdelen correct gemonteerd zijn
  • Je stelt de machines mechanisch en pneumatisch verder af
  • Je controleert de elektrische en elektronische componenten (frequentieschakelaars, metaaldetectoren, ..)
  • Je laadt het PLC-programma in
  • Je lost kleine fouten in de sturing zelfstandig op
  • Je start de machine

Het werk is divers van aard en omvat veel afwisselende uitdagingen.

Ben jij de test technieker die we zoeken? Dan kun je je ongetwijfeld herkennen in onderstaande criteria:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een technisch diploma richting elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of aanverwant.
  • Je kan een eerste ervaring voorleggen, echter kunnen ambitieuze schoolverlaters zeker ook in aanmerking komen.
  • Je hebt een goede theoretische en hands-on kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica, alsook een basis PLC.
  • Als persoon hou je ervan om probleemgericht te werken.
  • Je wordt uitgedaagd door technische problemen en vindt voldoening uit het oplossen ervan
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar kan ook goed aarden in een team.
  • Je kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands
