Lid Raad van Commissarissen bij Omnia Wonen Niels van Nieuwkerk Search Consultant Per 1 januari 2027 vormen Omnia Wonen en Woningstichting Putten samen één organisatie onder de naam Omnia Wonen. De woningcorporatie verhuurt circa 10.500 woningen aan ruim 22.000 mensen in 12 gemeenten en combineert lokale aanwezigheid met professionele slagkracht en investeringsvermogen. Vanuit de missie 'Iedereen een thuisbasis' zet Omnia Wonen zich in voor mensen die zijn aangewezen op de sociale huurwoningmarkt. Voor de nieuwe Raad van Commissarissen zoekt Omnia Wonen een Lid RvC, tevens lid van de auditcommissie, met het profiel Vastgoed . De nieuwe commissaris komt op een belangrijk moment aan boord. Na de fusie ligt er een omvangrijke vastgoed- en verduurzamingsopgave en staat de organisatie voor de uitdaging om de werkorganisatie verder in te richten en te optimaliseren. Ook financiële continuïteit, risicobeheersing, lokale verankering en organisatie- en cultuurontwikkeling vragen nadrukkelijk aandacht. - Als lid van de RvC en de auditcommissie breng je vastgoedexpertise in en houd je toezicht op strategische vraagstukken rond vastgoed, investeringen, financiering en risicobeheersing. Je bent een kritische en deskundige sparringpartner voor de Directeur-Bestuurder en bewaakt daarbij de rol van toezichthouder. - Je hebt ruime ervaring met vastgoed- en gebiedsontwikkeling, nieuwbouw en ruimtelijke ordening en affiniteit met financiering, contractbeheer en tenders. Je kent het bestuurlijke speelveld, hebt affiniteit met de woningcorporatiesector en bij voorkeur ervaring als toezichthouder. - Je beschikt over academisch werk- en denkniveau en bent verbindend, professioneel en kritisch, met ruimte voor andere perspectieven.
