In deze functie krijg je de tijd om nauwkeurig te werken, het vak stap voor stap onder de knie te krijgen en mee te bouwen aan kwaliteitsproducten waar je trots op kan zijn.

Je werkt in vaste daguren, in een stabiele omgeving waar vakmanschap en precisie elke dag zichtbaar worden.

Wat ga je doen? Als kwaliteitsmedewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid verlaten alleen perfect afgewerkte stoffen de afdeling. Je combineert kwaliteitscontrole met fijn herstelwerk en bouwt gaandeweg een sterke expertise op in verschillende materialen en weeftechnieken.

Jouw werkdag bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je controleert ruw linnen en geweven stoffen op fouten en onregelmatigheden
  • Je herstelt kleine beschadigingen zorgvuldig wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je inspecteert afgewerkte stoffen op kleur, structuur en kwaliteit
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen en koppelt die correct terug
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om het productieproces vlot te laten verlopen
  • Je leert steeds meer over verschillende weeftechnieken, materialen en afwerkingsmethodes
