In deze functie combineer je technisch inzicht met nauwkeurig werk in een moderne textielproductie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een belangrijk deel van de voorbereiding: met een (semi-)automatische doorhaalmachine zorg je ervoor dat de draden correct worden voorbereid voor de weverij. Je leert hoe verschillende onderdelen en instellingen samen zorgen voor een kwalitatief eindresultaat en krijgt de ruimte om daarin steeds zelfstandiger te worden. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's, krijgt een grondige interne opleiding en bouwt stap voor stap kennis op van het volledige productieproces.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bedient en stelt de (semi-)automatische doorhaalmachine correct in en je bereidt de assemblage voor die vervolgens naar de weverij gaat
  • Je brengt de draden volgens het juiste patroon door de lamellen, schachten en het riet en je controleert nauwkeurig of alles correct is voorbereid voordat het productieproces verdergaat
  • Je detecteert afwijkingen en grijpt in wanneer iets niet volgens de gewenste kwaliteit verloopt en je leert het weversknoopje en andere fijne handelingen die nodig zijn binnen het proces.
  • Je houdt je werkplek georganiseerd en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking met de collega's van de weverij.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag binnen een familiale textielonderneming met een sterke traditie en een duidelijke focus op kwaliteit. De productieomgeving combineert jarenlange vakkennis met moderne machines en technieken. Je werkt samen met collega's die hun expertise graag delen en krijgt de mogelijkheid om zelf een belangrijke technische kennis op te bouwen. Er wordt geïnvesteerd in opleiding en mensen die initiatief tonen en willen bijleren krijgen de ruimte om zich verder te ontwikkelen.

  • Je hebt ervaring met het bedienen of instellen van machines en je hebt technisch inzicht en merkt snel wanneer iets niet klopt
  • Je beschikt over een goede fijne motoriek en je hebt een goed kleurenzicht
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking met collega's
