Unsere Stärke ist die präzise Verarbeitung dieser vielseitigen Produkte, die auch nach individuellen Vorstellungen gefertigt werden.

Wir erweitern unser Team und suchen deshalb 2 Textilgestalter/innen - Posamentiererei oder Textiltechniker/innen - Maschentechnik Was Sie erwarten können:

* Ein sicheres Umfeld, in dem die Arbeit sehr abwechslungsreich ist und unseren Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern ermöglicht sehr selbstständig zu agieren.

* Ein Team von jüngeren und älteren Kolleg*innen, die sich gegenseitig unterstützen, wodurch die Arbeitseinsätze flexibel gestaltet werden können.

* Verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeiten und flache Strukturen mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen.

Welche Aufgaben gehören zur Tätigkeit:

* Sie stellen Materialien und Posamenten wie Schnüre und Kordeln für unsere unterschiedlichen Abteilungen in der Produktion her.

* Sie erzeugen Garne und Fasern, die von Ihren Kolleg:innen weiterverarbeitet werden.

* Sie wählen Roh- und Ausgangsstoffe sowie Materialien aus.

* Sie stellen Maschinen ein, rüsten, bedienen und reinigen diese.

* Sie überwachen den Ablauf der Produktion.

* Dabei wenden Sie Arbeitstechniken wie Knüpfen, Flechten, Schnurdrehen etc. an.

Was Sie einbringen können:

* Idealerweise Ausbildung Posamenterie, Textiltechnik oder Ähnliches

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Spulmaschinen und Flechtmaschinen

* Berufliche Erfahrungen in der Textiltechnik oder -erzeugung und in der Bedienung von Textilmaschinen

* Fachkenntnisse in der maschinellen Textilerzeugung (z.B. Stricken, Sticken etc.)

* Handwerkliches Geschick, insbesondere Fingerfertigkeit und Auge-Hand-Koordination

* Deutschkenntnisse

* Sprachkenntnisse in Slowenisch, Serbisch oder Kroatisch von Vorteil
