Als flexi-therapeutisch assistent versterk je onze zorgteams waar nodig. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de ondersteuning van de dagelijkse werking op de leefgroepen en draagt mee bij aan het behandeltraject van onze patiënten. Hierbij bewaak je mee het evenwicht tussen behandelen en beveiligen. Geen enkele werkdag ziet er hetzelfde uit.

Je:

  • Begeleidt patiënten tijdens hun dagelijks leef- en behandelprogramma.
  • Zorgt voor structuur en motiveert patiënten om te werken aan hun individuele behandeldoelen.
  • Bouwt een professioneel contact op met patiënten en observeert hun functioneren.
  • Rapporteert relevante informatie in het patiëntendossier en zorgt voor een goede overdracht naar collega's.
  • Werkt mee aan een veilige en therapeutische leefomgeving.

Binnen FPC Antwerpen en FPC Gent kan je als flexi-jobmedewerker met jouw diploma aan de slag.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor een flexi-job voldoe je aan de wettelijke voorwaarden.

d.w.z.

  • In het 3de kwartaal vóór de flexi-job moet je minstens 4/5 voor een andere werkgever gewerkt hebben, en
  • Het arbeidsvolume niet verlaagd hebben door over te gaan van 100% in het 4de kwartaal vóór de flexi-job naar 80% in het 3de kwartaal vóór de flexi-job. (Dat verbod geldt gedurende 2 kwartalen.)
  • Voor een gepensioneerde wil dat zeggen dat je in het 2de kwartaal vóór de flexi-job met wettelijk pensioen was.

Je beschikt daarnaast minstens over een graduaats- of bachelordiploma in een menswetenschappelijke richting (bv. orthopedagogie, toegepaste psychologie, criminologie, ergotherapie, etc.). Met de juiste ervaring kom je ook met een secundair diploma jeugd- en gehandicaptenzorg en/of leefgroepenwerking Se-n-Se in aanmerking. Ervaring binnen de psychiatrie of forensische zorg is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

Je werkt in een gesloten omgeving met veel verschillende profielen. Sterk in je schoenen staan, veerkrachtigheid en authenticiteit zijn daarom erg belangrijk. Je werkt graag in team en kan het hoofd koel houden in onvoorspelbare situaties. Het bijhouden van administratie schrikt je niet af, je kan je observaties helder formuleren in rapporten.
