Als thuishulp + draag jij bij aan een warme, veilige en prettige leefomgeving voor onze bewoners. Je doet dit niet alleen door huishoudelijke taken uit te voeren, maar vooral door echt aandacht te geven aan de mens achter de zorgvraag. Je helpt waar nodig bij Algemene Dagelijkse Levensverrichtingen (ADL), zoals persoonlijke verzorging en ondersteunt bij praktische zaken zoals boodschappen en voeding. Jouw taken: - Uitvoeren van huishoudelijke taken - Ondersteunen bij lichte ADL-zorg, uiterlijke verzorging en voeding - Signaleren van bijzonderheden en risico's - Aandacht en betrokkenheid tonen, tijd voor een gesprek met menselijk contact - Standplaats: Ruinen - Aantal uren: 20 - 25 uur - Bij ZZWD hebben we een uitgebreid meerkeuzesysteem van arbeidsvoorwaarden waarin onder andere een fietsplan, aanschaf computerapparatuur en diverse collectieve verzekeringen zijn opgenomen. - Al onze functies vallen onder de CAO VVT, dat betekent onder meer een vakantietoeslag van 8% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. - Een divers online trainingsaanbod om je kennis up-to-date te houden en jezelf te ontwikkelen. - We hebben een actieve personeelsvereniging Informatie en solliciteren Ben je geïnteresseerd in een van deze functies? - Voor meer informatie kun je contact opnemen met locatiehoofd Marian Edelijn ([email protected]/06-40683101). - Bij geschikte reacties gaan wij direct met kandidaten in gesprek.
