Bij Zuyderland Thuishulp kun jij als Thuishulp+ aan de slag mét verantwoordelijkheid, zonder diploma. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent méér dan een huishoudelijke hulp. Je zorgt niet alleen voor een schoon en prettig huis, maar vooral voor een stukje welzijn. Je maakt het dagelijks leven van cliënten fijner door bijvoorbeeld: samen te wandelen of boodschappen te doen, een spelletje te spelen, voor te lezen of muziek te luisteren, een praatje te maken en een luisterend oor te bieden. Daarnaast ondersteun je cliënten bij lichte zorgtaken (ADL), zoals helpen met wassen, aankleden of het aantrekken van steunkousen en signaleren van veranderingen in gezondheid of gedrag. Kortom: jij bent de vertrouwde steun en toeverlaat in huis. Wat breng je mee? - Een groot hart voor mensen en zin om écht iets te betekenen - Flexibiliteit: je werkt overdag en soms 's avonds of in het weekend - Zelfstandigheid én goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Een rijbewijs en eigen auto - Ervaring met dementie of gedragsveranderingen?
