Als thuisondersteuner bij Valkenhof ben jij degene die zorgt voor rust, structuur én een glimlach. Je houdt van afwisseling, denkt in mogelijkheden en speelt moeiteloos in op wat een cliënt nodig heeft op dat moment. Samen kijken we waar jouw talenten het beste tot hun recht komen. Ook je uren stemmen we flexibel met je af, zodat werk en privé goed in balans blijven. Team thuisbegeleiding: Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is. Je werkt nooit alleen: samen met je collega's draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de zorg, de planning en het oplossen van uitdagingen in de wijk. Het werk brengt jullie dichter bij elkaar. Je deelt niet alleen de mooie momenten, maar ook de situaties die om extra aandacht vragen. Juist dat zorgt voor een sterk gevoel van verbondenheid. Je leert elkaar goed kennen, zowel professioneel als persoonlijk, en kunt altijd op elkaar terugvallen. Wat jullie bindt? Dezelfde missie: mensen ondersteunen om zo prettig mogelijk thuis te blijven wonen. Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? Geen dag is hetzelfde - en dat maakt jouw werk juist zo waardevol. Je start je dag met een blik op je planning en gaat op pad. Soms begin je vanuit huis, soms vanaf de team locatie. Met een kop koffie neem je door wat de dag brengt, zodat je goed voorbereid op weg gaat. Bij de ene cliënt help je de dag rustig op gang: je maakt een praatje, zet het ontbijt klaar en ondersteunt waar nodig bij ADL zorgtaken zoals toiletgang/douchen/aankleden. Even later sta je bij iemand voor wie jouw aanwezigheid vooral gezelschap betekent. Samen maak je een wandeling, drink je koffie of bied je structuur aan de dag. Tussendoor zorg je er bij andere cliënten voor dat hun huis netjes en leef...
