Dit vraagt om een verandering in de zorg en daarom start ZuidZorg met iets nieuws: ZuidZorg Gewoon Thuis. Hier draait het om de mens en niet om de ziekte of aandoening. Met een vast team ondersteunen we een vaste groep cliënten, om er zo voor te zorgen dat zij zo lang mogelijk prettig kunnen wonen, Gewoon Thuis! Dit ben jij - Je hebt minimaal een Helpende Plus diploma. - Je bent iemand met een warme persoonlijkheid en bent op zoek naar een flexibele baan in de zorg. Werken wanneer dat voor jou uitkomt. - Je kunt uitstekend zelfstandig werken, maar ook goed samenwerken met collega's en mantelzorgers. - Jij hebt als Thuisondersteuner oog voor de persoonlijke verzorging, de zorg en het welzijn van ouderen. Samen een kop koffie drinken, naar een doktersafspraak gaan, een spelletje doen of een wandeling maken: jij zorgt voor een glimlach op het gezicht! In deze teams bieden we zorg, welzijn en ondersteuning aan ouderen.
